A slacker's world

Well it has been ages since i posted. Urm many things to talk about in this post. Urm results have not been really up to standard and I should really start working hard to reach my expectation. However there is no longer a driving force to push me to study ever since Kelly Tan. No offence to anyone in my class filled with smart people. But there is no longer anyone that I feel like competiting with. Haiz, I should really be back to my geeky self.

Okay back to the main topic. My much awaited and hated List of list is here!! i would say that many came well dressed except for a handfull. Well here's the list.

Well the holidays are kinda over and it's not really what I call an ideal holiday. For the past few days, the only thing I have been doing is urm.. nothing? Except music hunting and exercising?? Found a christian rock band called skillet. Their band is epic man. Love their drummer, Jen ledger . She is like so damn cool. Turned professional like at the age of 17 ?? Somewhere there. Pro right?? Sadly drums are not my type of instrument. Too noisy !! I am going for something more soothing and calm. Something like the piano. Hell yeah!! Inspired by David Sides, who is like a piano genius. Learning the song by linkin park , In The End. Still far from perfect man but I am practicing like everyday.
Oh ya. Something else to add. I guess I have been a really bad boy since like forever, but after hearing todays sermon. I totally freaked out as I have to give an account of whatever wrong I have done when the lord savior returns. SCARY!! I am so screwed la. I have sweared like countless amount of times already and I have not included the other wrong things I have done!! Man thats gonna be loads of explaining to do. So from today. LEON TAN will try his best not to use any swear words. I repeat, WILL TRY HIS BEST.  Thats all for now. TTYL

Hey people, well it has been a ey eventful week for me. Firstly I would like to thank those who came and supported us uring the soccer match. Especially Mrs Wong !! Thanks cher ! Sadly u missed my equaliser :P. Well the team really did 3e2 proud by winning the match. i was really inspired by the team spirit, even when we were 2-0 down.( now baika...) Secondy, the 3 hour long english class is serioulsy boring me to tears. So much so that I have to keep myself awake by drinking starfruit juice. DAMN SOUR SIA. But at least i learnt something from that course... no point wasting my time eh?? Anyways.. kinda emo this week cause of tofu. I am the secretary HELL YEAH!! Wth hor?? Well nothing much to say liao. HI people. Havent been posting on my old LJ for quite some time already as I was concentrating on my new one. ( Some stupid excuse for not posting for a really long time :P ) So I decided to post again. Well I had to write an essay about friendship and I decided to share what I've written as I recieved some good comments from Mrs Wong.( Only got 18/30 , but the low marks are due to grammatical errors )  Thus I feel that it will be nice to share my essay.

What is friendship to me? To me , friendship is a combination of trust , respect , support , love , communication and loyalty.

Friendship is not one without trust, without it I walk alone. Trust is built over a period of time with someone and it is easily broken with a snap of a finger. Trust is being open to someone, sharing one's happiness and sorrow, one's laughter and tears. By doing so, it builds a very strong bond between two friends. However deep sharing has its cons too.

Being to vulnerable often creates misunderstanding. That explain why some friends put on a veil, not willing to share the inner feelings of the heart and they are called poker face, people being not whom they really are. This is when trust comes in. When a friend open up we should listen with understanding and empathy. In return, show them respect, love and support for him. A friend will strengthen with his prayers, bless you with his love and encourage you with his hope.

Friends need to be very understanding and give one another the benefit of a doubt. Ideally the meaning of friendship is to be sharing unconditional love with one another. The purpose of friendship is to make life lighter not heavier. Therefore, friends are like pillars on your porch. Sometimes they hold you up, sometimes they lean on you. Friendship is what gets you through the bad times and help you enjoy the good time. Friendship is never a one-way road. It takes two hands to clap. Therfore it takes both parties to maintain a friendship.

Finding a true friend is like finding a gem. Friendships are very hard to maintain, likewise the clarity of a gem. I will always treasure my friends for they are who I am today. Moulding and guiding me along a long tiring road filled with both colourful and dull emotions.

I would like to end off with a verse from a bible, " Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrong." 1 Corinthians 13:4-5

Eh kinda emo for the past few days. Cause I am really confused. Its like drowing in a whirlpool , spinning you round and round , giving me a headache. Problem = Trust issues. Eh , have'nt posted for quite some time. Gonna update like now. Class chalet. Mr organiser here <--- epic fail !  The chalet was fun on the first day. Played soccer. Chiong late night movie. Cycled to central at 3am for snacks and cycled with the girls at 4am in the park. Basically talk alot  of crap. Second day was more of a bonding day. We gossiped alot as usual. Stayed up till like 3.30am to talk crap. Tired!  

I am glad to say I have fully recovered from my back injury. Thus I am able to do sports now! Praise be to God!

Played badminton and basketball with 3E4 ppl at the CC after chalet. My skills are super rusty. My jump smash all miss :(  ALL!!!!

Now looking forward to my bed and sleeping properly for the fisrt time in 3 days! Really had fun.

Please let me know of you want to cycle. I will gladly accompany you. 
 

Well today was an eventful day for me . Was talking a lot with Edwin on the bus. Went like 2 rounds on bus 358. LOL , may seem retarted but its very fun. Can chat a lot. Talk about our class and how crappy mine is. Plus some SOME SECRETS THAT WILL REMAIN SECRETS.

Urm alighted at the usual bus stop and found a wallet. Well opened it and found $19 bucks. Thought of taking it but my conscience kicked in , thus I started searching for a telephone number. Found none but found a MC.
 
When i reached my Grandma house , I called the clinic and ask for the person's number. Though they are'nt allowed to disclose any personal information , the receptionist kindly gave me his number after my explanation. Started making phone calls but to no avail. But I did not give up!

Eh waited for a few hour until like 9 ? Then I make another call , and finally some one picked up the damn phone. Explain the whole situation to the mother I think and the happiness in her voice really gave me an indiscribable feeling. Agreed to return the wallet at Elias Mall MAC. When the person , Bryan , arrived with his father , I expected many thanks and praise but to my disgust , was arrowed with many questions. PLUS THE THANK YOU WAS NOT SINCERE!!! Damn sia wasted my time. Should have took the money and dump the wallet on the floor where I found it!

And they say good deeds will reap good rewards.. Even though I was disapointed , I did a good deed and I am proud of myself.

Eh recap over some past events.

Took class photo. One word , Crap. I think I will spoil the photo for the people standing around me. Eh fun shot. Some people bang seh me. Haiz.. So close yet so far. Some people are just irritating. ( N****)

Eh organising class Chalet for the June Holidays. It is hard work sia...

Today. More crap to tell. Was discussing about an anti war song. So it was her turned to give her opinion. You know what happen? People around me started going.. ' Leon , listen to her sweet voice! ' I have nothing to say to these people.

Wait! Now I have something for those guys.  Mind your own business!! Plus do Not piss me off or I will show you my ugly side.

Once again. She was late for like 40 minute.. But it does'nt matter cause I am used to her being late. Eh we had lots of fun though. When from shop to shop searching for the ideal shirt for her dad. Was quite tricky as there were many nice shirts! Finally decided on a ' Pulls & Bears' shirt.  It was vry nice and both of us agreed on it! After buying the shirt , followed Bella around window shopping. Saw some nice pink shirts and shoe that I may consider returning to buy.

Nxt went to starbucks for a break and gossip. 'SECRETS WILL REMAIN SECRETS'

Wasted money on some crap cafe for dinner. Like $28.45? For some super dry food which both of us think that was a waste of money.
But that did not dampened our mood as we now we had fun shopping with each other!

Btw , happy birthday to Bella's dad, hopes he likes the shirt we chose for him.
